Order Processing

Please allow us 2 - 3 working days to process your order. You would typically receive your orders within 7 - 10 days from the date of order. 

You will receive an update on your email (if you have provided one at the time of placing the order) when we ship out your order.

Shipping Rates

We are currently only servicing domestic orders. We do not ship outside of India at this  time. 

For "Pre-Paid Orders above Rs 1,500", the shipping is on us and there would be no additional shipping charges applicable. 

For "Pre-Paid Orders belowRs 1,500", we are charging a flat-rate of INR 150 per order. 

To prioritise a contactless and secure delivery experience, we currently only accept online payments.

Returns, Exchanges and Refund

We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original  condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
